ANIMAL CRACKER (VINTAGE)

We will graciously accept your returns up to 30 days, if you are not content with the item, it doesn’t fit, whatever the reason, given that we receive an email from you within 5 days of receipt.  

We want to be sure that before you ship, if you are exchanging it for another size, that we do have the right size in stock.  If not, we may be able to show you an alternative design or make another arrangement.  So hang tight! In any case, we need to hear from you via email before you ship the returned merchandise.   Please contact businessmanager@willenwellness.com with the details.

Your item will exchanged or refunded (minus original shipping cost), as long as:

• You communicated with us within 5 days of receipt.
• The item is in perfect condition, has not been worn, and with tags intact. 
• A copy of the original sales receipt is included.  

We are not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.  If you are exchanging an item for another one, and add an additional purchase, we will ship back to you for free!

Please take note, that until your item is in our hands, we cannot be responsible for it. Please track your packages.

We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. 

On average, USA orders are delivered within 10-12 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
